     Use of any services or products of Tantra Hair Lounge constitutes acceptance of policies as well as terms and conditions.

 

Please be aware that cancellations are only accepted up to 24 hours before appointment. Canceling within 24 hours of scheduled appointment or failing to show up for scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of reserved service costs.

 

Being more than 15minutes late for scheduled appointments may result in a partial or total service cancellation based on time availability. 

 

Services will come with information and recommendations of care to maintain and protect client services. All product, service, and lifestyle recommendations are just that and are the client's responsibility to follow through with to ensure the longevity of services and products rendered. Tantra Hair Lounge and its employees are not liable or responsible for any issues that are a result of care recommendations being neglected.. 

 

Any chemical or extension services may have some level of risk. These risks will be discussed with the client during consultation and or before scheduled appointments. Moving forward with the service is acceptance and understanding of said risks that may or may not be involved. 

 

Tantra Hair Lounge reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. 

 

Due to the nature of products and services there are no refunds issued. Once completed all services are final. 

 

Tantra Hair Lounge is not responsible for any defects or manufacturing issues found within any hair extensions. Tantra Hair Lounge and its employees will do their best to resolve any and all issues that are related to manufacturing or defect with the manufacturers of said hair extensions directly on the clients’ behalf.
